Ooops!! Catalina must have run out of wire or measured wrong on this run...

VBerth Wiring Channel with panel removed. Catalina used screws that were a little too long and caused star cracks and puckers on the deck. I had to use Captain Tolley's Creeping Crack Cure to fill them.

New Terminal Board where the Shunt, Fuse and Parallel charging solonoid were mounted. This is before all the low power wiring was attached. The 250 Amp House bank protection Fuse is on the far right. The 400Amp current measuring Shunt is in the center, an

Routing New Alternator Power and Control wires over to the batteries. The blue flex conduit I got at Home Depot, and pulled the 4AWG wire through it before feeding it to the batteries.

A shot of our new High-output AmpTech 125se alternator. I ran 2 new 4-gauge output cables directly to the battery bank and a pair of 12-gauge wires for the to the new NextStep regulator

This is the Ample Power NextStep Regulator I added to control the High Output AmpTech (125amp) alternator I installed. A picture of the installed alternator is here.

Note the extra circuit breaker on the bottom near the Tach. This was added for the 12v outlet.

Original 1-2-both switch before electrical system upgrade. BTW, This entire panel, Switch, board and all is available if anyone needs one. I replaced the whole thing with a new board and different switches.

Ample Power EMONII and new house/starting battery panel from Blue Sea. Also changed the Anchor Windlass breaker since I didn't care much for the old one and the old panel had to go anyway. Perhaps this year I'll hook up the laptop computer serial interf
