Top and bottom rails for the sliding doors are made from 1/2 x 7/8 teak with 1/8" wide grooves routed into them, 1/8" deep into bottom rail and 1/4" into top rail.

Trim pieces for the doors are made from 7/8" teak wire channels cut as needed and glued to the plexiglass.

The sliding doors are made from 1/8" smoked plexiglass with teak trim. Varathane waterbase spray varnish matches the original interior finish.

Plexiglass sliding doors enclose the 3 spaces outboard of the fore and aft chainplate struts.
