The doors are made of 1/4" Lucite. They are set flush into 3/4" teak hinge rails. Parts cost was minimal. Time to fabricate was about 8 hours.

One quickpin on each side holds the teak hinge rails in place. Just pull the pins to completely remove the doors.

Companionway doors are great for weekending on the boat. They keep the AC in and the flies out.
