• Underside of starboard winch with hand-hole cover removed. Winch could not be located further aft or further outboard. If further inboard, the port winch would have interfered with the larger cockpit locker lid.

  • Teak platform could have had a steeper angle for better approach to new winch, but it's still OK; angle is too shallow to use upper block with forward winch. I recommend using a single block optimized for aft winch only.
